HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping on every order over $75! Free shipping is currently available to:
Canada, Australia, Brazil, Japan, Norway*, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, Thailand
*Delivery confirmation may not be available for this destination
This offer includes standard shipping only. If you’d like to expedite your order, shipping charges will apply.
Please note that there are exclusions to this offer. Items that do not qualify will be indicated on their individual product page.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once you've placed your order, it will normally take 4-10 business days for us to make it and pack it up for you. Your items will then be shipped out from our studio in Toronto (Canada). Some products may require a longer processing time (noted on the product page). You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is shipped.
If there is an unexpected delay or we're out of stock, we will contact you right away.

Some exceptions apply. We aim to provide the lowest shipping prices possible, but shipping options are limited for some countries. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us and we can provide you with options.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once an order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
I FORGOT TO BUY SOMETHING! CAN I ADD IT TO MY ORDER?
If you've forgotten something and we yet haven't processed your order, please contact us and we will do our best to combine them.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?
We cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. You'll need to place a separate order for each destination.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
We will do our best to change an address after an order goes into processing, but if the item has been shipped, we cannot make additional changes. If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible.
WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH CUSTOMS FEES?
International shipments (all shipments outside of Canada) are generally subject to Customs Fees, such taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, and more. These are determined by individual countries, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note:
- These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
- We are not able to mark orders as "gifts."
- We are required to list the retail value on the commercial invoice for any items which are included as a "gift with purchase.
- We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
USA Bound Deliveries - Our jewellery is covered by CUSMA (Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement), and as such does not incur additional duties or tariffs (as of October 2025). We will do our best to update this and notify you as rules change.

Items with shipping restrictions are noted on the individual product page. All shipping restrictions are for legal reasons and not under our control.
I LIVE IN OR NEAR TORONTO CAN I PICK UP?
Yes! We'd love to meet you! Pick up is available at our downtown Toronto studio at 739 Bloor St W - Lower Level ( by appointment). Just select the option to pick up when you check out. When your order is ready for pick up, we will contact you to arrange a pick up appointment.
