The pendant is just what you see, exactly. It is very light, you won't know you're wearing it. I did purchase it with the chain and if you like very light and dainty chains, I would think you to like it. However, I prefer a more 'solid' chain so I purchased a new chain elsewhere. Overall, I like this pendant and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

The pendant and chain are great. It's not overly heavy and it's very well cast so it's not going to wear down. I've worn it since the day I received it, I don't take it off at all. I ordered at 20" chain and it hangs just right so it doesn't slip under my top. I hope everyone buys one.
